I am a professional with 25 years experience practicing law. In addition to working as a staff attorney and Ethics Advisor for the Court of Criminal Appeals, I have also been a partner or associate with several reputable law firms. I have been in private practice representing clients in need of a highly knowledgeable attorney with excellent credentials continuously since 1993.

I am Board Certified in Criminal Law (1991) and Criminal Appellate Law (2011) by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, which means you can trust that I have the knowledge and expertise necessary to prepare your case or appeal with the utmost skill and resourcefulness. I am also an criminal law educator, having taught at continuing legal education seminars and workshops to other professional lawyers for over 20 years.
