I, hereinafter "Client," hereby employ and retain the Law Office of David Schulman, hereinafter "Attorney," as my attorney, solely for the purpose of researching and answering a legal question, in consideration of the payment of a fee in the amount of Seventy-Five Dollars ($75.00).

I agree that Attorney is only licensed in the State of Texas, and that no representation shall be undertaken that would constitute the practice of law in any other state or country.

I agree that attorney shall have no responsibility in connection with any case in particular, and shall be responsible only for answering the question I have previously submitted via electronic mail, unless and until other arrangements are made and a new contract is entered into by both myself and Attorney.

I acknowledge and agrees that no part of the fee shall be refundable, unless Attorney is unable to provide an answer to the question by the end of the first business day following the date on which payment of the above mentioned fee is made, in which case the entire fee will be refunded.
